ORDERS

Orders placed will ship between 5-7 days. Please email theboutiqueatwellsflorist@yahoo.com if you would like to expedite your order. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time-frame.

Please note: if you have special requests or are in a hurry, calling never hurts. We can be reached at 979-548-2247. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Saturday.

RETURNS
We hope that you love your items but understand that sometimes items just need to be exchanged. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.  Here's the low-down on our exchange and return policy.
  • Store credits will be issued on all returns
  • All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving order
  • All products must be in its original condition and package
  • All products may not be used or damaged
  • A fee of $7.95 will be charged for shipping
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited on the return
  • All merchandise tags should remain attached
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged product please notify us immediately for assistance and instructions. 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We recommend that you insure your package and ship via a traceable method. We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
  • Re-pack your returns along with your packaging slip.
  • Please use the original box/packaging.

Your refund/exchange should process within 7-10 business days after shipment.
Please Note: No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.  Personalized items, last chance and clearance items cannot be returned.
